Our office number is (302) 375-6746. Please be sure to listen to our phone menu options before making your selection. After normal business hours, there are menu options to leave a message or contact a healthcare provider. 


Please remember that prescription refills can be obtained by contacting your pharmacy. In contrast, prescription renewals are when you are out of refills and must get a new order from the healthcare provider.

Prescription renewal requests should be addressed at your routine follow-up appointment. If you are in between routine follow-up appointments and you have no further refills for your prescription, you can call the office to request a prescription renewal. After normal business hours, please do not call the healthcare provider to request a prescription renewal. You can leave a message with the office that can be addressed the next business day.

Prescription renewals require 72 hours for processing. Please allow enough time to process a prescription renewal request before running out of your medication. Please have the following information available when you call: patient's full legal name, date of birth, medication name, medication strength and dosing, the pharmacy name with phone number, and a callback number. 

Prescription renewals may require an office visit, especially if you missed your last scheduled appointment. Please note that prescriptions for controlled substances, (e.g. pain medication, ADHD, etc.) must be filled within 7 days of the original prescription date. 

If a prior authorization is required for your prescription, please allow 3-4 business days for the office to submit the prior authorization to your insurance. Once a prior authorization is submitted to your insurance, we will contact you once your insurance has made a decision. The office has no control over the prior authorization process once it is submitted to your insurance.

Billing and Payments: 

You can call PRMS, our billing company, at (267) 460-6198 if you have any questions about your billing invoice.

Payments via check can be mailed to Next Century Medical Care 1400 Philadelphia Pike Suite A4 Wilmington, DE 19809. Payments via credit card can be done in person at the front desk or over the phone. To make a credit card payment over the phone, please call the front desk at (302) 375-6746 and select option 3 during normal business hours. PRMS does not accept payments for billing invoices.
